"Fairies live in there," Tink whispered when she saw our backyard this morning.
And for just a minute, I forgot to be a grumpy grown-up and think, "And weeds, and mosquitoes, and I think a skunk" and I could see the fairies. Can't you?

I like the way your lil Tink thinks: http://werdfu.blogspot.com/2008/10/woods-ablaze.html
There aren't any faeries in my backyard, but that's because there's only sod. But in the Spring, they will come.
As soon as we get ourselves some clover.
My verification word: hazxser, which is what I will now call my sister, Hazel, when she's acting up.
Amber, clover is of the essence. Tink will tell you: fairies live on clover and pine needles.
You get the best word verifications. I got "yomny" over at your blog today. Mmm. Yomny cookies.
I see a couple over on the left hand side :) Thank Tink for pointing them out! (No faeries here, just kitties.)
sruble, the temperature dropped today and all those pine needles fell in a soft and poky blanket over the whole back yard. Even I can see it's a fairy bed now.
